8-channel Digital to Analog
      
               

MVC designed and built this 8-Channel Digital to Analog board.

It has eight eight-bit D/A conversion channels. Each channel may be configured as 0 - 5 volts, 0 -10 volts, or 4 - 20 mA output.

If only voltage outputs, or only a few current outputs are used, it may be powered from the RPU. If needed, there is accomodation for a tranformer and regulators at the bottom of the board

The RPU communicates with the board via a SPI type serial connection, up to 500 feet. Up to four boards may be opertated in series from one SPI port.
